Rhubarb Chutney
| 400gr | Rhubarb |
|---|---|
| 2 | Red onion |
| 1msk | 24% Ättika |
| 0.5dl | Water |
| 3.5dl | Sugar |
| 1tsk | dried ginger |
| 1msk | curry |
| 1tsk | chili flakes |
| 8st | dried apricots |
| 1.5tsk | salt |
| 1.5tsk | pepper |
Chop onion, rhubarb fine.
Cook rhubarb, onion, ättika and water 10min. Add grated ginger and chopped rest, cook 30mins, stir occasionally.
