400gr | Rhubarb |

2 | Red onion |
1msk | 24% Ättika |
0.5dl | Water |
3.5dl | Sugar |
1tsk | dried ginger |
1msk | curry |
1tsk | chili flakes |
8st | dried apricots |
1.5tsk | salt |
1.5tsk | pepper |
Chop onion, rhubarb fine.
Cook rhubarb, onion, ättika and water 10min. Add grated ginger and chopped rest, cook 30mins, stir occasionally.
