ca 100 g morötter, rivna |
50 g jäst |
6 dl mjölk, fingervarm |
2 dl havregryn |
75 g smör, rumsvarmt |
2 tsk salt |
1 ägg |
12–14 dl vetemjöl |
1. Crumble yeas, add milk/oats, 5'.
2. Add butter/salt/eggs/carrots/flour gradually and mix well, knead, rise 45'.
3. Roll out to 1.5 cm depth, use a glass to cut out 10cm D buns.
4. Poke buns with fork, let rise 30'.
4. Bake 250 C 7–10 min.
