Mix dry, salt flour last
450ml Water
1 container chickpeas (separate)
Warm in saucepan
Blend
30 gr Yeast
Mix all in mixer
Manual knead, foldover tight
90' RT
Knead, fold, ½ to oiled forms 45' RT
250C 10'
200C 20'
