50g butter 5dl milk 50g yeast 1.5 tsk salt 2msk sirap 13-14dl rågsikt (40% råg 60% vete)
Melt butter in pan, add milk heat to 37C. crumble yeast and dissolve in mix, add salt, syrup and most of the flour. work to a smooth dough. Rise 30m. Knead out on floured board, cut to 4 pieces, form to round balls. Flatten out to 17cm round cakes, cut out centre hole (4cm diameter), poke with fork. rise 30 m. bake in middle of oven, 12m. 225C.
