Louise's twisted baguettes

1,3 L flour
2 tsk salt
25g yeast
600ml tepid water

Crumble yeast in bowl
Sprinkle on salt, dissolve all in some of the water
Add rest of water
Mix in flour, stir
Cover, RT 2hr

Move dough to well floured board, cut into thirds with sharp knife
Form into long baguettes, twist, dust with flour and place on baking paper
Shallow cut top with sharp knife
Allow to rise 10-15'
250C 15'
150C 15-20'
