1 can chickpeas, drained
  0.5 dl cold water
  1-2 small garlic clove peeled and crushed
  1 lemon, juiced + ½ zested
  4 msk tahini
  1 tsk salt 
  1 tbsp olive oil garnish
  mix tahini/lemon juice/salt/garlic ≈ 1min
  add 0.5 dl water mix
  add chickpeas mix ≈ 5min
